The spring event will host selected presentations by both EMJD-DC PhD students and PhD students from other universities. The selection of presentations will be based on a submission of a short paper, 1-2 pages in IEEE double-column format, 10pt, letter paper. The submission can be on planned, ongoing or recently published research work in the area of distributed computing. You can find template files here: http://www.ieee.org/go/conferencepublishing/templates

Submissions have to be done via https://hotcrp.info.ucl.ac.be/se/

Deadline for submissions is May 16, 23:59:59 PST.

Note that, independently from a submission for presentation, all PhD students participating to the event have to bring a poster to the poster sessions (see below).

Poster sessions

All PhD students attending the event particpate to the poster sessions. The poster should describe your PhD work, that is its research questions, (expected) results, status, plans, etc. Description of intended work (for new students) and work in progress is welcomed.
